I want you all to know that we couldn't be more pleased with you and
the work you have done. We would be pleased to be included on your
reference list. We've heard so many horror stories that we feel almost
guilty that ours turned out so well. From the moment we spoke on the
phone, I knew that we would want you to handle our project. We really
felt like we received the individual attention that we wanted to make our
project become a reality. We didn't feel like a number and that was very
important to us. We met with several other remodelers prior to starting
the project, but none of them gave us the attention to detail that you did.
You made the process so easy from the beginning and it took most of
the stress off of us. We can't believe the transformation. It's gone from
4 small dark rooms to one bright open kitchen/living area. It really is the
kitchen we always dreamed of! We never felt like we had strangers in
our house and that definitely made the whole process easier. It's been
a pleasant experience all around. We can't wait to tackle the Master
Bathroom project and we hope to have you help us with that as well.

You followed through and provided an estimate and preliminary drawings
& detailed agreement of what you would do and what you expected of
me. When you realized there was a problem, you had a solution at the
same time. I do believe that I could have gotten a lesser price, but the
service provided was exceptional, along with the constant communication
& status updates. You were both very easy to work with and always
responsive whenever I had a concern or comment.
When I look at contractors, I always want (ask) for at least one reference
where there was a problem that was satisfactorily resolved. I was amazed
that out all the references I called, no one had anything negative or less
than positive to say. I will be no different!
I would add that I would be a reference that would say that there was
a design problem that was resolved and the result was better than
originally planned.
